Parent Portal Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do I have to register for a Parent Portal Account?

A. Yes, part of our enrollment requirement is to complete the family and child information required in your Parent Portal Account. Once your information is updated and complete, along with required forms turned in your child will then be eligible for acceptance into our program.

Q. What can I access through my Parent Portal Account?

A. You will be able to have access to your account statements, statements for tax purposes, your child’s clock in/out records and family/child information. Families with flex spending accounts through their employer can download statements anytime throughout the month required for this benefit. If your contact information changes, you can easily log in to your account and update it!

Q. What do I do if I get a new email or my contact information has changed?

A. Please remember, when initially registering for an account, families must use the email address to which they received the registration invitation email from the Oncare system.

After registration, (or during your time with us) if your email address changes simply login to your Parent Portal account and update your email. The email you input into your account will be the email you receive your monthly statements and communications.

Q. Will I still receive invoice statements via email monthly?

A. Yes! You will still receive monthly statements emailed to the email account(s) associated with your Parent Portal. Your online access through the Portal will simply give you access to these records (for viewing and download) at any time throughout the month.

Q. How secure is my information on the Parent Portal?

A. OnCare uses SSL from DigiCert which provides the strongest encryption available, using 2048-bit and SHA-2. This ensures secure transmission between the client browser and Servers. OnCare Application and Data Servers are hosted with AWS cloud infrastructure.

AWS cloud infrastructure has been architected to be one of the most flexible and secure cloud computing environments available today. It provides a reliable, and scalable, platform that enables us to host and maintain applications securely.
