Administrator | Absorbent Minds Montessori School
Kelly (Davis) Andamasaris serves as the Administrator of Absorbent Minds Montessori School in Stow, Ohio. She oversees school operations, administration, family communication, and the many day-to-day pieces that support the school community. With nearly two decades of experience in Montessori school administration and education, Kelly brings extensive experience in school leadership and family partnership. She is also passionate about supporting Montessori educators. Kelly strives to create an environment where children are known, supported, and challenged as they develop confidence and a genuine love of learning.
Montessori Education & Leadership
Kelly earned her American Montessori Society (AMS) accredited Montessori teaching credential through the Mid-America Montessori Teacher Training Institute in Nebraska. She is also a member of the American Montessori Society (AMS) and the North American Montessori Teacher Association (NAMTA).
Kelly’s path to Montessori education was not one she originally planned. Her first experience with Absorbent Minds Montessori School came as a parent during the school’s inaugural year. She watched the impact the Montessori environment had on her own child and saw the growth of other students and families. Through that experience, she developed a deep appreciation for the Montessori approach to education.
Ultimately, that experience led Kelly to join the administrative team at Absorbent Minds and pursue her own Montessori certification. Over the years, her role has grown into leading the school’s operations and administration. She works closely with teachers, families, students, and community partners to support the mission of Absorbent Minds Montessori School.
A Passion for Children, Families & Montessori Education
Kelly believes educators have both a tremendous responsibility and privilege in helping guide the next generation. She believes children thrive in an environment that respects their individuality and encourages independence. By nurturing curiosity and providing opportunities for meaningful accomplishment, educators can also help children develop lasting confidence.
As Administrator at Absorbent Minds Montessori School, Kelly is especially passionate about supporting both teachers and families. She works to create a school community built on strong relationships, thoughtful communication, and authentic Montessori education. Together, these elements help children grow academically, socially, and personally.
Kelly continues to serve the families of Absorbent Minds by managing the school’s operations and administration. She also helps carry forward the vision and values that first drew her family to the school many years ago.
Kelly resides in Stow with her husband and their three children. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and serving in her church community.
